Seeking licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to provide mental health care via telemedicine.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations for clients aged 14 and older
- Prescribe medications as appropriate to manage mental health symptoms
- Develop and collaborate on individualized care plans
- Complete necessary documentation and assessments
- Adhere to clinical guidelines and consult with regional staff on client care
Qualifications
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with active licensure and prescriptive authority in the state
- Minimum of one year of psychiatry practice and three years of nursing experience preferred
- Understanding of EMR systems like AdvancedMD is a plus
- Willingness to treat adolescents and adults
- Completion of in-house ADHD treatment training and certification
