Part-Time Private Duty Skilled Homecare Registered Nurse (RN)

Part‑Time Private Duty Skilled Homecare Registered Nurse needed for a client in Carson City, Nevada.

Pay

Competitive pay starting at $75 per hour.

Schedule

Two overnight shifts per week are guaranteed:

• Sunday 10 pm – Monday 9:30 am
• Monday 10 pm – Tuesday 9:30 am

Potential for additional shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Head‑to‑toe assessments and monitoring of clinical status
• Tracheostomy care and management
• Ventilator management
• Administration of feeding with monitoring for aspiration
• Administration of medications per MD order
• Assistance with transfers and repositioning
• Assistance with personal care
• Bowel and bladder management
• Wound care
• Blood glucose monitoring
• Assistance with communication device(s)

Requirements

• Licensed RN in the state of Nevada
• Current CPR/first aid certification
• Prior tracheostomy and ventilator experience
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation

Preferred

• Recent tracheostomy and ventilator home‑care experience
