About the Role

Coverage area includes Clay, Randolph, Lawrence, Jackson, Greene, Craighead, Poinsett, and Mississippi counties. Hours are part-time, 2-3 days per week, 20-24 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Enable patients to stay independent while they remain in their own homes
• Perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise delivery of excellent client service
• Follow up for unskilled services
• Present educational in-service trainings
• Communicate with Case Managers and other members of the care team

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure
• Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage
