Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy and specimen processing following established procedures.
• Verify patient information and label specimens correctly to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a professional, safe environment and accurate documentation.
• Demonstrate leadership and process excellence while respecting confidentiality.
• Adapt to various settings such as clinics or patient service centers as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in some states).
• 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience; customer service background is a plus.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in high-volume settings.
• Strong customer focus, communication, and judgment skills.
• Flexible availability, reliable transportation, and ability to travel between locations.
