Part-Time Phlebotomist

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Phlebotomist II to perform specimen collection, processing, and non-patient duties in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens such as drug screens and biometric tests
• Administer oral solutions
• Verify test orders and accurately enter data
• Manage billing information
• Prepare specimens for transport
• Inventory management and sanitizing
• Documentation and adherence to departmental policies

Requirements

• At least three years of phlebotomy experience across diverse patient populations
• Proficient data entry skills
• Flexibility for varied staffing needs, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
• Certification preferred; mandatory in certain states
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Strong communication skills in English
