About the Role
Cub St. Louis Park - West End is seeking a Part Time Pharmacy Technician to join their team. Responsibilities include assisting pharmacists in filling prescriptions, ensuring accurate order processing, maintaining stock, and adhering to regulatory standards.
- Assists the pharmacist in filling prescriptions
- Processes customers' orders with price accuracy and product knowledge
- Maintains positive customer relations
- Hazardous drug handling
- Department receiving and stocking
- Orders pulling
- Bottle organization and cleaning
- Maintains Board of Pharmacy regulations
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required. Good judgment and ability to work independently with minimal supervision are necessary. Must have the ability to communicate verbally and in writing, operate various office equipment, lift up to 50 lbs., and work extended hours including weekends and evenings.
Skills
Knowledge of pharmaceuticals, excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail are essential. Must be able to read and write clearly, comprehend written and verbal communication, and perform tasks requiring extended periods of computer screen viewing.
