Part-Time Pharmacy Technician

Role: Full-time Call Center Pharmacy Technician supporting retail pharmacy operations. Responsibilities Create and maintain patient profiles in pharmacy systems with prescription and insurance details.Process new prescriptions, address insurance, reimbursement, and payment issues.Answer inbound calls, triaging to appropriate staff as needed.Retrieve, prepare, and monitor medications for pharmacist review; manage inventory.Assist with adjudicated prescription claims and resolve Pharmacy Benefit Manager issues. Qualifications & Skills National pharmacy technician certification (PTCB or equivalent); state certification acceptable.Minimum two years of related ambulatory pharmacy experience.Bachelor's degree preferred.Effective communication skills, both oral and written.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to work accurately under volume and time constraints.Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, services, and drug interactions.
