Part-Time Pharmacy Technician

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Pharmacy Technician to assist with prescription processing, medication management, and customer service at our Wendover, Utah clinic.

Responsibilities

• Entering and maintaining prescription data using pharmacy software and EMR systems
• Communicating with patients via phone and in person to address questions and concerns
• Clarifying prescription details with healthcare providers
• Assisting with medication inventory management and wholesale orders
• Ensuring accuracy of patient and prescription information throughout the filling process
• Adhering to all healthcare policies, procedures, and codes of conduct

Requirements

• Valid state license
• Four or more years of customer service experience
• Certification such as NABP or PTCB
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Native American communities

Pay

Full-time, hourly position with a wage of $22-$25 per hour.
