Part-Time Periodontist

About the role

This part-time surgical role is ideal for a Periodontist seeking predictable, well-supported clinical days, typically two days per month.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and treating periodontal and peri-implant diseases
• Performing full-scope periodontal and implant surgeries such as pocket reduction, osseous surgery, soft-tissue grafting, crown lengthening, implant placement, and grafting procedures
• Managing a variety of cases, including consults and follow-ups
• Collaborating with general dentists, hygienists, and assistants to ensure efficient patient care and case acceptance

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree
• Completion of a CODA-accredited residency
• Active Texas dental license
• Experience in periodontal and implant surgery

Board certification or eligibility is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable with flexible scheduling, including occasional same-day surgical care, and adhere to clinical and regulatory standards.
