Part-Time Periodontist

About the role

This part-time position is for a Periodontist providing specialized surgical care in El Paso, TX, with minimal commitment of two days per month. The role supports delivering high-quality periodontal and implant procedures aligned with existing practice needs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat periodontal and peri-implant diseases
• Perform full-scope periodontal and implant surgeries, including pocket reduction, osseous surgery, soft-tissue grafting, flap procedures, crown lengthening, implant placement, grafting, and sinus augmentation
• Manage a variety of surgical cases, consults, and follow-ups based on patient needs
• Collaborate with dental team members to ensure efficient patient care and case acceptance
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to standards

Qualifications & Skills

• DDS or DMD degree and completion of a CODA-accredited Periodontics residency
• Active Texas dental license; Board Certified or Eligible preferred
• Experience in periodontal and implant surgery in a clinical setting
• Ability to work within flexible scheduling, including occasional same-day surgeries
