Part-Time Periodontist

About the role

We are seeking a Periodontist for a part-time role involving surgical care across various case types.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat periodontal and peri-implant diseases
• Perform full-scope periodontal and implant surgeries, including:
  • Pocket reduction
  • Osseous surgery
  • Soft-tissue grafting
  • Flap procedures
  • Crown lengthening
  • Implant placement
  • Grafting
  • Sinus augmentation
• Manage a mix of surgical cases, consults, and follow-ups
• Collaborate with general dentists, hygienists, and assistants to ensure efficient patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation adhering to clinical standards

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree
• Completion of a CODA-accredited residency
• Active Texas dental license
• Board Certification or eligibility preferred
• Experience in periodontal and implant surgery
• Comfortable with flexible scheduling, including occasional same-day procedures
