Part-Time Periodontist

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and treating periodontal and peri-implant diseases
• Performing full-scope procedures such as pocket reduction, osseous surgery, soft-tissue grafting, crown lengthening, implant placement, grafting, and sinus augmentation
• Managing a variety of surgical cases, consults, and follow-ups
• Collaborating with dental team members to ensure efficient patient care, accurate documentation, and adherence to standards

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree
• Completion of a CODA-accredited residency
• Active Texas dental license
• Experience in periodontal and implant surgery

Board certification is preferred, and candidates should be comfortable with flexible scheduling and same-day surgical care. This part-time role is based in Sherman, TX, and requires only 2 days of work per month.
