Part-time Patient Ambassador - Belvidere and Stanhope, NJ

About the role

Responsible for providing excellent customer service checking in patients, receiving payments, and assisting in daily operations. Maintain a friendly, professional attitude towards patients, offering a “white glove” experience.

• Provide an exceptional experience by guiding new patients through their intake process.
• Collect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed.
• Maintain daily financial records and reports.
• Coordinate with medical and clinical staff to facilitate intakes.
• Provide clerical and logistical support.
• Oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities.

Requirements

• At minimum, High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or office administration preferred.
• Lived addiction experience is a plus.

Schedule

• Monday (Belvidere): 8:30am–1:30pm
• Wednesday (Stanhope): 9:30am–2:00pm
• Thursday (Belvidere): 11:30am–5:30pm
• Sunday (Stanhope): 9:00am–1:00pm
