PATIENT AMBASSADOR (FULL TIME)

About the role

Crothall Healthcare is seeking a full-time Patient Ambassador at Allegheny Valley Hospital located at 1301 Carlisle Street, Natrona Heights, PA 15065. Online applications are accepted only. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Conducts new admission visits to assigned units within established timelines.
• Safeguards client satisfaction to ensure account retention.
• Promotes awareness of the Patient Experience Program.
• Customizes programs to meet individual account needs.
• Develops and monitors patient satisfaction action plans.
• Facilitates effective employee relations programs.
• Encourages employee creativity and innovation.
• Recognizes successful program implementations.
• Completes housekeeping tasks as requested.
• Resolves housekeeping issues and ensures follow-up.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of office procedures and contract administration.
• Working knowledge of the environment to meet established goals.
• Fiscal and budgetary skills.

Pay

$18.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour.
