PATIENT AMBASSADOR (FULL TIME)

About the role

Crothall Healthcare is hiring a full-time Patient Ambassador position at UM Upper Chesapeake Medical Center located at 500 Upper Chesapeake Drive, Bel Air, MD 21014. Online applications are accepted only. The role is full-time with variable hours including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Prior customer service and data entry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts new admission visits to all assigned units within established timelines.
• Safeguards client satisfaction to ensure account retention.
• Promotes awareness of the Patient Experience Program.
• Aids in developing and monitoring patient satisfaction action plans.
• Supports effective employee relations programs.
• Encourages employee creativity and innovation.
• Recognizes successful program implementations.
• Completes housekeeping tasks as requested.
• Resolves housekeeping issues and ensures follow-up.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of office procedures and contract administration.
• Ability to apply working knowledge of the environment to achieve goals.
• Fiscal and budgetary skills.

Pay

$20.00 per hour.
