Patient Ambassador - Full Time

About the role

Enhance patient experience and represent the Patient Experience Team by conducting new admission visits, promoting hospitality and customer respect, supporting patient satisfaction initiatives, customizing programs to meet unit needs, monitoring satisfaction action plans, encouraging employee creativity, providing recognition, and performing housekeeping tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new admission visits with patients
• Promote hospitality and respect for all customers
• Support patient satisfaction initiatives and action plans
• Customize programs to meet the needs of specific units
• Monitor and implement satisfaction action plans
• Encourage employee creativity and provide recognition
• Perform housekeeping tasks as needed

Requirements

• Prior experience in patient services or a related field
• Knowledge of office procedures and practices
• Ability to meet goals and objectives
• Basic fiscal and budgeting skills
• Weekend availability required
