Opportunity

  • Assignment based, part-time, on-call, direct hire role with IST Management Services
  • Performing office services work 8 to 30 hours per week
  • Minimum assignment length is 8 hours with a 1-hour/30-minute lunch
  • Accepting all assignments is not mandatory
  • Locations will be centralized around the San Diego County, CA area, no more than one location per day
  • Position will involve cross training for multiple functions and sites
  • Dress code is business professional/casual based on responsibilities

Compensation

  • $16.90 - $16.90/hour

Schedule

  • Monday-Friday
  • Hours ranging from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • No nights or weekends

Responsibilities

  • Work ranges from copier fleet maintenance to office work (Reception Desk Coverage, Printing, Scanning, etc.)
  • Mail Operations - Sorting and processing incoming mail; preparing and posting outgoing mail
  • Package Operations - Sorting, entering and delivering incoming packages; preparing and processing outgoing packages
  • Copier Services - Handling incoming copy, scan, print and binding requests
  • Corporate Hospitality - Taking ownership of environment presentation and assistance with catering and events
  • Records Management - Scanning and physical filing
  • Customer Service - Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
  • Perform other tasks as assigned to uphold client and site needs

Qualifications

  • Related experience and an interest in cross-training in a variety of operations
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer and Internet savvy
  • Attention to detail and critical thinking to resolve problems
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds on occasion
  • Standing for long periods of time; significant walking
