Looking for a job that fits perfectly into your mornings—and leaves your afternoons wide open? At Thelen Auto Group Body Shop, we’re hiring a part-time Office Assistant to join our team from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Manage administrative processes from start to finish, including paperwork for parts ordering and repair tickets
- Handle insurance paperwork and processing
- Aid in scheduling department workflow
- Cook up coordination with the Parts Department to order and receive parts
- Communicate with customers via phone and email
- Open and close repair orders
- Help ensure every customer receives prompt, courteous, and professional service
- Support accounts payable and receivable tasks
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable using computers and office systems
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Valid driver’s license
- Automotive body shop knowledge is a plus—but not required
