Part-Time Office Assistant
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Organize, maintain, and file case-related documents.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Assist with trial and hearing preparation, including copying, assembling materials, and organizing files.
- Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff.
- Perform other duties based on the needs of the office.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One to two years of office or administrative experience; law firm experience is preferred but not required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to prioritize assignments and manage multiple tasks.
- Professional, dependable, and able to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay
The expected hiring range for this position is $25/hr. to $28/hr.
Schedule
Scheduling is flexible within regular business hours.

An individual’s placement within the range will be determined based on relevant factors, including but not limited to education, training, skills, licensure and certifications, practice area, experience, internal equity, and market data.
