Part-Time Neurology Nurse Manager

Role Overview: This position involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining equipment, and overseeing departmental operations in a rehabilitation unit. Responsibilities Include Hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and supporting staff development.Participating in staffing, budgeting, and ensuring departmental goals are met.Providing and documenting patient care aligned with age and developmental needs.Developing collaborative care plans based on assessments and medical treatments.Managing staff schedules, payroll, and communications, including performance reviews and disciplinary actions.Ensuring staff productivity and department efficiency according to leadership directives. Qualifications And Skills Minimum of an RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.2-5 years of experience; supervisory experience is a plus.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Additional Requirements: Neurology experience is preferred. Candidates should be capable of flexible days and occasional night help in emergencies.
