Full-Time Neurology Nurse Manager

Role Overview: This position involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining equipment, and overseeing departmental operations in a rehabilitation unit. Responsibilities Include Hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and supporting staff development.Developing and managing staffing plans, budgets, and responding to operational needs.Providing patient-centered care based on assessment and medical plans, documenting interventions.Creating collaborative care plans and overseeing staff productivity and adherence to policies.Managing staff schedules, payroll, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions. Qualifications RN license required.Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.Experience: 2-5 years for associate's level; 5-10 years with supervisory experience for bachelor's level.Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not mandatory. Skills and Attributes: Leadership, team management, excellent communication, and organizational skills are essential.
