Full-Time Neurology Nurse Manager

Role Overview: Responsible for coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining equipment, and ensuring operational efficiency within a specialized rehabilitation unit. Key Responsibilities Manage staff including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development.Develop and oversee departmental staffing, budgets, and resource allocation.Provide direct patient care aligned with planned interventions, ensuring documentation and compliance.Create collaborative care plans based on patient assessments and medical treatments.Supervise staff productivity, conduct performance reviews, and manage staff communications. Qualifications & Skills RN license with a nursing diploma/associate's degree; Bachelor’s preferred.2-5 years of experience; supervisory experience preferred.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Additional Requirements: Experience as a Team Lead/Charge Nurse or ANM is preferred.
