Neurology Assistant Nurse Manager

Role Overview: This position involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining equipment, and overseeing statistical data within a specialized rehabilitation unit. Key Responsibilities Manage and evaluate staff, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and professional development.Develop and monitor staffing, revenue, and expense budgets, ensuring operational goals are met.Oversee patient care planning, ensuring interventions are appropriate for age and developmental needs, and document accordingly.Collaborate on care plans based on assessments, diagnoses, and treatments.Supervise staff scheduling, payroll, and communication, making staffing adjustments as needed.Conduct performance evaluations, recommend improvements, and handle disciplinary actions. Qualifications & Skills Minimum education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; RN licensure required.Experience: 2-5 years with supervisory experience preferred; 5-10 years for advanced roles.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Additional Preferences: Experience as a Team Lead/Charge or ANM is preferred.
