Part-Time Member Service Representative/Teller- Corbin, KY

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Receives and processes member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments;
• Sells money orders and travelers checks to members;
• Transfers amounts from member accounts as directed;
• Cash checks and pay money from savings and checking accounts upon verification of signatures and/or member identification;
• Inspect all checks, bonds, money orders, etc. to determine their negotiability;
• Performs a variety of miscellaneous tasks including typing, filing, computer input and answering the telephone;
• Welcome members and provide routine information concerning services and connect members with Banking or Loan Officers who can further assist;
• Balance cash drawer and perform daily transactions.

Qualifications And Certifications

• A high school education or GED required;
• 1-12 months of similar or related experience.
