Part-Time Maintenance Worker

About the role

We are currently hiring for a low-hour part-time maintenance position for programs in the International Falls area. Best for someone looking for side work.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and repair services for multiple residential homes maintaining licensing and code standards and LSS safety standards.
• Inspect the homes routinely to check for needed repairs and provide ongoing maintenance of the heating and AC systems.
• Maintain and service program vehicles.
• Assist with capital improvements to program properties as requested by the program Director.
• Perform all duties with a positive customer service attitude.

Requirements

• Basic skills in the areas of plumbing, electrical, construction and engine repair/maintenance.
• A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and a Motor Vehicle Check.
• Successfully meet the requirements of a background check.
• Ability to read, write and solve problems.
• Ability to accept/follow through with direction and suggest and implement strategies to enhance service.
