PART TIME MAINTENANCE WORKER

The Harrisburg Juvenile Treatment Center

The Harrisburg Juvenile Treatment Center, dedicated to providing at-risk young females with a comprehensive, trauma-responsive program that fosters both personal and academic growth, is seeking a Part Time Maintenance Worker.

Responsibilities

• Supports the day-to-day upkeep and repair of residential units and facility spaces.
• Completes work orders.
• Performs general building maintenance.
• Affords basic electrical and HVAC-related repairs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in HVAC, electrical, and lighting.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Passes a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test.
• Passes a search of the child and adult abuse central registry.
• Must meet requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having an active Driver’s License.

Qualifications

• Must meet all eligibility criteria to become an ROP eligible driver.

Skills

• Practical experience in troubleshooting and routine maintenance.

Pay

$20.00/hour based on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 08:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
