Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse

Role Overview: Provides patient care under supervision, fostering a caring relationship that promotes health and healing while respecting patient autonomy, dignity, and rights. Performs additional duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities Collects patient data and assists in planning and evaluating care.Implements care plans and administers prescribed medications.Provides patient and group education to reinforce health practices.Participates in initiatives to improve healthcare delivery and ongoing educational activities. Qualifications & Skills Completion of an accredited LPN program and licensure.Preferably at least 1 year of clinic experience.Strong observational, clinical, and computer skills.Ability to follow instructions, work under pressure, and demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and excellent interpersonal communication.Flexibility to adapt to varied healthcare environments and hours. Additional Requirements Basic proficiency in electronic health records and medical software.Minimum BLS certification within 14 days of hire.Compassion, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
