Role Summary: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or with RN oversight, ensuring professional accountability and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Qualifications And Skills Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience with successful licensure.Current LPN license in the state of employment, meeting all licensing requirements.Preferred certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, PEARS, STABLE, and LPN-IV, with some certifications required within specific timeframes.Physical capability to lift 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as gripping, reaching, and bending.
