Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse

About the role

We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide nursing support in a non-profit organization serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Greater Prince William area.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing services to individuals enrolled in the program
• Guide staff on health-related issues
• Provide health education and support

Requirements

• Prior experience working with disabled individuals
• Valid nursing license
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Flexibility in work approach
• Must pass mandatory trainings (CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, and others)
• Must pass background checks
• Virginia driver’s license with at least three years of driving experience and a clean driving record

Schedule

Every Sunday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM at a group home in Woodbridge, VA. Potential to combine with other LPN openings.
