Part-Time Leasing Specialist

We're seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people find their next home while providing exceptional resident experiences at our luxury community in Lombard, Illinois The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment. Schedule Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday20–25 hours per week Salary Range: $17.00 to $19.00 Essential Responsibilities Greet prospective residents, provide community and apartment tours, and assist with the leasing process.Prepare lease documentation, welcome packets, and move-in materials.Enter and maintain resident and prospect information accurately in company databases.Build positive relationships with current and prospective residents by providing exceptional customer service.Assist with lease renewals and resident retention efforts.Perform outreach marketing and represent the community in a professional and positive manner.Coordinate resident events and assist with marketing initiatives, including updating the community website as directed.Maintain organized resident files and office records.Assist with general office duties and support the property management team as needed.Attend staff meetings and participate as an active member of the team.
