Part-Time Leasing Specialist

We're seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people find their next home while providing exceptional resident experiences at our luxury community in Lombard, Illinois. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.

Schedule

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
• 20–25 hours per week

Pay

Salary Range: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, provide community and apartment tours, and assist with the leasing process.
• Prepare lease documentation, welcome packets, and move-in materials.
• Enter and maintain resident and prospect information accurately in company databases.
• Build positive relationships with current and prospective residents by providing exceptional customer service.
• Assist with lease renewals and resident retention efforts.
• Perform outreach marketing and represent the community in a professional and positive manner.
• Coordinate resident events and assist with marketing initiatives, including updating the community website as directed.
• Maintain organized resident files and office records.
• Assist with general office duties and support the property management team as needed.
• Attend staff meetings and participate as an active member of the team.
