Part-Time Lead Sales Associate

Role Overview This position involves functioning as a Cashier and/or Stocker with leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Key duties include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, maintaining plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating the cash register, and ensuring a clean, organized, and safe store environment. Responsibilities Unload trucks and process received shipmentsStock and rotate merchandise on shelves, build displaysAssist customers in locating products and provide exceptional serviceOperate cash registers, handle transactions, and assist with store setupMaintain cleanliness and safety standards, including cleaning floors and restroomsSupport in opening and closing the store and managing cash handling in absence of managersMonitor security and cash control procedures, including signing refunds and making bank deposits Qualifications & Skills Ability to perform mathematical calculations and handle cash accuratelyKnowledge of cash handling, safety policies, and merchandise presentationEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to follow plan-o-grams and store proceduresHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred, with six months of supervisory or related experience This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, safety, and operational efficiency to maximize store profitability and customer satisfaction.
