Part-Time Lead Sales Associate

Role Overview This position functions as a Cashier and/or Stocker, with leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. The role involves maintaining inventory, assisting customers, operating registers, and ensuring store cleanliness and safety. Key Responsibilities Unload trucks, stock merchandise, and implement plan-o-grams.Assist customers, locate merchandise, and provide exceptional service.Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and manage cash accountability.Maintain store cleanliness, organize displays, and support safety protocols.In the absence of management, authorize refunds, make bank deposits, monitor cash levels, and oversee security practices. Qualifications & Skills Strong math skills and knowledge of cash handling procedures.Ability to operate cash register systems and follow safety policies.Effective communication skills and ability to read and follow visual merchandising plans.High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with six months of supervisory or related experience beneficial.
