Part-Time Lead Sales Associate

This role involves functioning as a Cashier and/or Stocker, with leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, assisting with plan-o-gram implementation, maintaining store cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service. Key duties also encompass operating cash registers, processing transactions, handling refunds and overrides, managing cash accountability, and ensuring store safety and security. Qualifications include strong mathematical skills, knowledge of cash handling procedures, effective communication, and understanding of safety policies. Preferred candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of supervisory or related experience. Ability to follow merchandise presentation guidelines and work collaboratively to maintain a clean, organized, and secure environment is essential.
