About the role

We are seeking a Key Holder who embodies our values of embracing originality and integrity, empathy for customers and co-workers, and courage. This position involves a variety of functions including customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. You will be responsible for supporting the leadership team in maximizing sales opportunities, training the team, and leading by example.

Responsibilities

• Support the leadership team in maximizing sales opportunities.
• Help train the team and model selling behaviors.
• Support with getting products to the floor, store operations, and visual merchandising.
• Lead a positive and engaging shopping experience for everyone while driving key initiatives.

Requirements

• Complies with all Levi's® Stores policies, procedures, and programs.
• Able to follow directives of store management.
• Consistently meets or exceeds established store and individual sales and performance goals.
• Handles heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.), constant movement, kneeling, carrying items, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
• Has reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay

The pay range for this role is from the higher of the required minimum wage based on local, state, or federal requirements or $13.65 - $22.75 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications.
