On the same day, within ten minutes of each other, we walked out of our jobs and started chasing the American Dream. Who You Are
We're looking for energetic individuals who want to bring our "Everyday should feel this good" vibe to life on the sales floor. You'll be responsible for creating memorable, lasting impressions with our customers, effectively communicating our core values, and developing your team into exceptional Brand Ambassadors.
What You’ll Do
- Create sales to meet/exceed store financial goals and metrics
- Communicate our core values to customers through your team

- Execute the "door to floor" concept by receiving shipments and setting the floor with new inventory
- Develop and train your team in product, presentation, and process

DOR Overview
In addition to your role responsibilities, you will be assigned a Division of Responsibility (DOR), which are distinct responsibilities that help ensure clear execution and support your growth and development. DORs are not titles but opportunities for you to progress within your role.
Requirements
- Minimum one year's work experience in retail leadership or equivalent role
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Charismatic personality and passion for the Vineyard brand and community
- Proven track record in driving sales with strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
- Experience and passion for leading and mentoring a team
- Team-focused, confident, and professional
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to plan, manage time, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Scheduling Requirements
- Weekend availability required
- Scheduling will be based on business needs
- 20-30 hours/week average to maintain part-time status
- Seasonal stores may require 25-40 hours/week during peak periods
Salary Range
$17.11 - $21.75 per hour
