DOR Overview

In addition to your regular responsibilities, you'll take on a Division of Responsibility (DOR). These are distinct tasks assigned to leaders to ensure clear execution and support growth.

Requirements

• One year’s work experience in retail leadership or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Charismatic personality and passion for the Vineyard vines brand and community
• Experience driving sales and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Past experience leading and mentoring a team
• Team-focused, confident, and professional
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Time management and decision-making skills

Scheduling Requirements

• Weekend availability required
• Scheduling dependent on business needs
• 20-30 hours/week average to maintain part-time status
• Seasonal stores may require 25-40 hours/week during peak periods

Salary Range

$17.77 - $21.94 per hour*
