Who You Are

We're seeking energetic individuals who want to embody the "Everyday should feel this good" attitude and inspire others. You'll work closely with the management team to enhance customer experiences and support store operations.

Requirements

• One year's work experience in retail leadership or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Charismatic personality and passion for Vineyard Vines
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Experience leading and mentoring a team
• Team-focused, confident, and professional
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Time management and decision-making skills

Scheduling Requirements

• Weekend availability required
• Average of 20-30 hours per week to maintain part-time status
• Seasonal stores may require 25-40 hours per week during peak periods

Hourly Range

$18.39 - $21.65
