What You’ll Do

  • Create memorable, lasting impressions with our customers
  • Communicate our core values to customers through your team
  • Manage the "door to floor" concept from receiving shipments to setting the floor with new inventory
  • Develop and train your team to become outstanding Brand Ambassadors

DOR Overview

The Division of Responsibility (DOR) is a set of distinct responsibilities assigned to leaders within the store to ensure clear execution and support development and growth. DORs are not titles but opportunities for progression within your role.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year's work experience in retail leadership or equivalent role
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Charismatic personality and passion for the Vineyard vines brand and community
  • Proven track record in driving sales with strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  • Experience and passion for leading and mentoring a team
  • Team-focused, confident, and professional
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to plan, manage time, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Scheduling Requirements

  • Weekend availability required
  • Scheduling dependent on business needs
  • Average of 20-30 hours per week to maintain part-time status
  • Seasonal stores may require 25-40 hours per week during peak periods
