Who We Are
We were once stuck in desk jobs we didn’t enjoy, so we left. We traded business suits for swimsuits, got our wisdom teeth pulled, and signed up for every credit card available. In 2008, we quit our jobs, had a drink, and chased the American Dream. Today, we’re still having a blast, hanging out with great people, and sharing the Vineyard experience with everyone we can.
Who You Are
We’re looking for energetic individuals who want to embody the “Everyday should feel this good” attitude on the sales floor. You’ll help create memorable experiences for our customers and lead the team to become outstanding Brand Ambassadors. You’ll also assist store leadership in various managerial tasks to help run our retail locations effectively.

- Create sales to meet/exceed store financial goals and metrics by making lasting impressions with our customers
- Communicate Vineyard Vines’ core values to customers through your team
- Execute the “door to floor” concept by managing inventory and training staff
- Develop and train your team on product knowledge, presentation, and processes
- Support store leadership in strategic tasks

DOR Overview
In addition to your role responsibilities, you will be given a Division of Responsibility (DOR). These are distinct tasks assigned to leaders within the store to ensure clear execution of work and support development and growth. DORs are not titles or positions but opportunities for individuals to progress within their roles.
Requirements
- Minimum one year’s work experience in retail leadership, or equivalent role
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Charismatic personality and passion for Vineyard Vines brand and community
- Proven track record in driving sales with strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
- Experience and passion for leading and mentoring a team
- Team-focused, confident, and professional
- Able to stand, move, reach, carry, bend, and climb ladders occasionally
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, unless an accommodation is requested
- Weekend availability required
- 20-30 hours/week average to maintain part-time status
- Seasonal stores may require 25-40 hours/week during peak periods

Pay
$17.95 - $21.00 per hour
