Who You Are

We seek energetic individuals who want to embody the "Everyday should feel this good" vibe on the sales floor. You'll coach, train, and develop your team to become outstanding Brand Ambassadors, focusing on community and customer interactions.

DOR Overview

In addition to your role responsibilities, you may be assigned a Division of Responsibility (DOR), which includes distinct responsibilities to ensure clear execution and support your growth and development.

Requirements

• Minimum one year's work experience in retail leadership or equivalent role
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Charismatic personality and passion for Vineyard Vines brand and community
• Proven track record in driving sales with strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Experience and passion for leading and mentoring a team
• Team-focused, confident, and professional
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to plan, manage time, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Scheduling Requirements

• Weekend availability required
• Scheduling dependent on business needs
• 20-30 hours/week average to maintain part-time status
• Seasonal stores may require 25-40 hours/week during peak periods

Salary Range

$17.06 - $20.61 per hour
