Part-Time In-Home Healthcare Provider

About the role

This position involves providing in-home health evaluations to patients, focusing on building trust and improving health outcomes. The clinician will conduct thorough assessments including medical history, physical exams, and diagnostic tests using an iPad, without prescribing medications or altering treatments.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients to deliver personalized health evaluations in their homes
• Review medication and medical histories, perform physical assessments, and order diagnostic tests as needed
• Utilize clinical workflows on an iPad to ensure efficient service delivery
• Conduct virtual visits when required
• Travel locally within licensed states and perform duties safely in diverse home environments
• Provide diagnostic and preventive services, including tests like spirometry and bone density screening

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted licensure (NP or PA) in relevant areas
• Board certification (required)
• Preferred multi-state licenses
• Comfort working in diverse home environments with pets, smoke, or allergens

Pay

Compensation ranges from $41.85 to $90.13 per hour, depending on experience and location.
