Part-Time Grocery Stocker

Role: Grocery Department Associate responsible for maintaining guest service and departmental operations. Key Responsibilities Provide friendly interactions with guests and co-workers.Stock, rotate, and condition grocery products per standards.Maintain a neat, safe, and organized work environment.Manage backstock inventory and minimize product damage and shrink.Assist with unloading and verifying deliveries.Ensure sanitation standards on sales floor and backroom.Communicate temperature issues for dairy and frozen items.Perform front-end duties to ensure minimal wait times.Order products for aisles as assigned.Perform additional duties as directed by management. Qualifications & Skills Outgoing, friendly personality with strong guest service skills.Ability to work collaboratively and lift up to 40 lbs regularly, 60 lbs occasionally.Ability to understand instructions and learn multiple tasks.Knowledge of grocery operations and inventory control.Physical ability to bend, kneel, stand, push/pull carts, and operate equipment like pallet jacks.
