Part-Time Grocery Stocker

About the role

This part-time role involves working three nights weekly, primarily from 10pm to 6am. The position requires a strong work ethic, dependability, independence, and high productivity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product quality, freshness, and assortment in the grocery department
• Receive, stock, and rotate products, including pulling outdated items and creating displays
• Ensure accurate pricing and signage, and clean the store daily
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with special orders
• Support inventory management and product ordering based on sales data
• Uphold store policies and maintain a professional attitude
• Collaborate with staff, vendors, and customers regularly

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Basic math, organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to interpret policies
• Physical ability to handle heavy objects and work in varied conditions
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical demands

• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Work in a store environment with potential exposure to temperature variations

Schedule
