Part Time Grocery Stocker

Grocery Team Member Role & Responsibilities: Ensure an excellent customer experience by maintaining organized, clean, and well-stocked grocery departments. Tasks include customer service, inventory control, product display, and monitoring product quality and freshness. Operate equipment such as bailers, pallet jacks, and forklifts safely, and handle damaged products per company policy. Assist in training staff, communicate with management about issues, and adhere to safety and health regulations. Support other departments as needed and perform miscellaneous tasks assigned by supervisors. Qualifications & Skills: Demonstrated stability in work and education history, excellent customer service and communication skills, basic math proficiency, and knowledge of food industry operations. Must be a self-starter with problem-solving abilities, initiative, and sound judgment. Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., reach, bend, climb ladders, and work safely on varied surfaces. Use maintenance tools and handle diverse packaging materials safely.
