Part Time Grocery Stocker

Role: Overnight Support Team Member Responsibilities: Receive and prepare products, maintain shelves, back stock, and displays according to standards; ensure product quality and freshness; handle deliveries and invoices; provide excellent customer service; ensure a clean, safe, and sanitary environment; perform opening, mid, and closing duties; and adhere to health, safety, and regulatory procedures. Skills & Qualifications: Ability to learn product knowledge, perform basic math, communicate effectively, follow procedures, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Passion for natural foods and strong work ethic are essential. Physical & Work Conditions: Must lift up to 50 pounds, stand/walk for most of the shift, and work in various temperatures and conditions. Use of tools and equipment, including heavy machinery and ladders, may be required. Compensation & Benefits: Hourly wage range of $15.00-$24.40, with eligibility for comprehensive benefits, store discounts, and potential wage increases after initial employment period.
