About the Role
Join our overnight support team to maintain store operations, ensure product quality, and provide excellent customer service during non-peak hours.
Responsibilities
- Ensure product quality and stock shelves
- Maintain back stock and handle deliveries and invoices
- Assist in receiving overnight shipments
- Provide excellent customer service
- Follow safety and sanitation standards
- Perform opening, mid, and closing duties
- Maintain a clean, safe environment with proper signage and pricing
- Report safety hazards promptly
- Support store programs and initiatives
Requirements
- Ability to learn product details and assess quality
- Perform basic math and communicate effectively
- Follow procedures and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for natural foods and teamwork
Physical & Working Conditions
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- Standing and walking for most of the shift
- Ability to work in various temperatures and conditions
- Use of tools and equipment, including ladders, may be required
