Part Time Grocery Stocker

About the Role

This position provides overnight support by receiving, preparing, and stocking products while maintaining a clean and organized environment. The role emphasizes delivering courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members, adhering to company standards, health, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product quality and proper stock levels.
• Sort, scan, and handle waste accurately.
• Stock shelves, bins, and back stock areas; manage deliveries and invoices.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties; ensure accurate signage and pricing.
• Report safety hazards and comply with health and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Ability to learn product knowledge and inspect for quality.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Effective time management and organizational abilities.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various conditions.
• Comfort with using tools and working in a fast-paced environment.
• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $25.40 hourly.
