Part Time - Food Service Manager

About the role

The Food Service Manager oversees dining operations, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective leadership and management of food service activities.

Responsibilities

• Engage and develop team members, recognize performance, and lead daily briefings.
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards.
• Identify client needs and communicate operational progress.
• Maintain P&L statements, meet financial targets, and analyze performance metrics to improve margins.
• Ensure efficient operations, control costs, and train teams to meet food and labor initiatives.
• Maintain a safe environment and adhere to health, safety, and labor policies.
• Lead front-of-house operations and coordinate food service activities to deliver quality products.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
