Part Time - Food Service Manager

About the role

Oversee dining operations, ensuring customer satisfaction through menu management and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members using coaching models, recognize performance, and conduct briefings
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
• Manage client relationships by identifying needs and communicating progress
• Oversee financial performance through P&L management, data analysis, and margin improvement
• Ensure operational productivity via cost controls, food and labor initiatives, and team training
• Lead front-of-house dining experiences in collaboration with the Food Service Director

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to maintain effective relationships and uphold safety standards
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb. and stand for extended periods
