About the Role
The Server delivers exceptional hospitality and service to guests in a restaurant setting, ensuring cleanliness and safety of dining and staff areas.
Responsibilities
- Anticipate and exceed guest needs, providing knowledgeable menu suggestions.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, process payments, and maintain a clean service station.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol service policies.
- Present a professional appearance and demeanor, and encourage guest return.
- Complete assigned sidework and support teamwork efforts.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of full-service, fine dining serving experience including alcohol service.
- Strong organizational, communication, and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work various shifts and physical ability to stand, walk, carry trays, and perform related tasks.
- Responsible Alcohol Service Certification and legal age to serve alcohol required.
